The Company, Canonical AI, Inc. (“Canonical AI” or “Company”) is a Delware C Corporation that provides caching services for software companies. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at Canonical AI. In this Privacy Notice, we outline our policies and procedures concerning the gathering and utilization of your personal information, as well as your rights to privacy. We acknowledge that maintaining privacy is an ongoing commitment, hence, we will periodically update this Privacy Notice to reflect any changes in our personal data handling processes or privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information Canonical AI collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. Use of the Canonical AI Website

Canonical AI is based in the United States and all data we gather about you will be managed within this jurisdiction. By utilizing Canonical AI’s services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled in the United States. The United States has not been granted an "adequacy" status from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Under Article 46 of the GDPR, Canonical AI ensures proper safeguards by adopting binding, standard data protection clauses, which are enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the UK. These clauses are updated based on the European Data Protection Board's guidance and will be revised when the new draft model clauses are approved. Depending on the situation, Canonical AI may also collect and transfer personal data to the U.S. with your consent; to execute a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Canonical AI that does not infringe upon your rights and freedoms. Canonical AI strives to employ appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only in ways that are consistent with your relationship with Canonical AI and the practices outlined in this Privacy Statement. Canonical AI also enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors whenever possible and appropriate. Data storage and retention

The Canonical AI stores your personal information on its own servers and those of its cloud-based database management service providers, all located within the United States. We keep service data for the duration of our business relationship with customers and for a certain period thereafter. This is done for operational analysis, historical records, and archival purposes related to our services. We hold onto prospect data until it loses its business relevance, at which point it is removed from our systems. Any personal data controlled by the Canonical AI can be deleted upon a verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized representatives.
